People and capacity
How capacity works
- One daily pool per person. Standard week: 510 available minutes Monday to Thursday, 210 on Friday (37.5 h). Someone in two departments shares those minutes; they are never counted twice.
- Efficiency per department changes how many minutes a task takes (1.00 = standard time). It never adds minutes to the day.
- Click any weekday cell to change that day, or copy the whole week forward and adjust it. Any change marks the accepted plan out of date.
