Customer deliver-by (calendar days after order date)

New customer orders only. Each order stores its deliver-by when taken, so existing promises never change. Not a plan input.

Imported order ready-by (working days after order date)

New Shopify imports only, capped so delivery can still meet deliver-by. Existing ready-by dates never change. Not a plan input.

Freeze horizon (working days)

When proposing, keeps steps the accepted plan started within this many working days, if they still fit real availability. Marks the accepted plan out of date.

Gap between a step and the next (working days)

A step may start this many working days after the step before it finishes. 0 allows the same day. Marks the accepted plan out of date.

Maximum finished-goods holding (working days before delivery)

A limit, not a wait: QC may be no earlier than delivery minus this. Jobs whose window becomes impossible are reported unscheduled; dates are never moved. Marks the accepted plan out of date.

Takt benchmark (minutes per seat)

Management reference shown on Overview. Not used by the plan.

Fixed rules (not settings)

A delivery route must be on or before the order's stored deliver-by. Deliver-by is never moved.
Planning and routes use Monday to Friday only; weekend capacity is not supported.
A route over 100% of the vehicle's usable m³ cannot be assigned, confirmed or proposed.
One active route per vehicle per day.
A route more than A4 (2) working days after ready-by is rejected. Ready-by is never moved to make a route fit.
One person works each unfinished step; cross-trained people share one daily pool, never added twice.
